1. Acceptance
By using My Status Page ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
My Status Page provides website and service monitoring with public status pages, notifications, and incident management tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. A valid credit card is required for registration. No charges are made during the trial period. If you cancel before day 15, your card will not be charged.
5. Pricing & Payment
The subscription fee is $14.99 USD/month, billed monthly starting on day 15 after registration. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation: (a) your subscription ends at the current billing period, (b) data is retained for 30 days, (c) after 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
7. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% uptime for the monitoring platform. This excludes: scheduled maintenance (announced 24h in advance), force majeure events, third-party failures beyond our control.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the service for illegal purposes, (b) attempt to compromise system security, (c) resell the service without authorization, (d) exceed reasonable API rate limits.
9. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. We use your data solely to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where our servers are located. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
